The Farrall and Blackwell agency was started in El Paso, Texas in 1976 by Jack Farrall, RHU and Tom Blackwell, CLU. The original intent was to help agents place substandard cases. Since then the agency has grown and continues to help agents not only with the hard to place cases, but now offers a wide variety of standard plans. The agency offers very competitive term, universal, and whole life insurance as well as individual and group health plans from major carriers. The agency now has their own annuity center representing over 13 different carriers.
